TAG // 25 Beauty Questions

So I have another tag for today. I'm going to try get actual outfit posts/ maybe slightly more interesting posts up soon, but for now I thought I'd just do a quick easy tag as for some reason I love answering questions so why not.

My past few have been more fashion orientated, so thought I'd whack in a more beauty based one and found this one floating around blogs so thought I'd give it a go.

1. Do you apply your foundation with a brush, sponge, or fingers?

At the moment - brush. I use Real Techniques buffing brush, it really buffs into the skin which I feel using fingers doesn't.

2. Do you apply your eyeshadow from light to dark? or dark to light?

I don't wear eyeshadow a lot, but when I do I'd go from light to dark? (doesn't everyone?)

3. Do you prime your eyes?

Sometimes - not always. If I do I use Urban Decay Primer Potion.

4. Concealer first, or after foundation?

Concealer first as it's slightly too light

5. Go for manicures, or manicure yourself?

Manicure* them myself

(*attempt and fail)

6. Exfoliate lips, face or both?

Mainly just exfoliate my face about once/twice a week

7. On average, how long does it take you to do your makeup?

For everyday, I normally leave myself 20-25 minutes, but I normally either listen to music (which I sometimes get distracted by having a little boogie) or watch something (normally The Hills as that fits in nicely with the timing but this also distracts me)

8. Do you wear makeup everyday and everywhere?

I mainly wear it everyday. If I know I'm staying at home, doing not a lot with no-one coming round or w/e I won't, but I'd pretty much wear at least some make up if I went out.

(Honestly if I didn't have to, I wouldn't but I'd get confused with a sloth if not)

9. What release are you most excited about? (Makeup)

I always get excited for MAC collections as they're quite regular, not that I always get stuff from these collections, I like to see who and how they've collab'd with and why etc. I also like seeing stuff from American brands like Revlon etc and watching YTers speak about them, then get excited for when they eventually come to the UK

10. What’s your weakness? Shoes, purses, clothes, jewelry, eyeshadow, lipstick or other?

Clothes, defiantly! I always feel I need them. Then maybe lipstick/lip products out of any make up.

11. Do you whiten your teeth?

Nope.

12. Wax eyebrows, or pluck?

I normally like to get them threaded

13. What do you use to contour?

MAC Matte Bronze

14. False lashes, or natural?

Natural, I've never worn false I want to try but it'd end up in a disaster

15. Favorite makeup brand?

I really don't know, being the most indecsive person ever - I like different brands for different reasons.

16. Liquid eyeliner, pencil or gel?

Gel at the mo

17. Lipstick, lipgloss or chapstick?

Well I use some kind of "chap stick"/ lip care product everyday but I like lipstick the most I think they look the nicest

18. Pigments, pressed or cream eyeshadow?

I only really used pressed shadow so I'd say that I guess

19. If you had to wear only one thing, excluding foundation; what would it be?

Mascara

20. Favorite color?

For make up: neutrals

In general - I don't have a favourite

21. Favorite color combination?

Again just neutrals

22. Natural? or Dramatic? (Eye Makeup)

Guess!

23. Do you care more for quality or name brand?

Quality I'd say

24. Do you enjoy using face masks? If so which ones?

I don’t really use face masks to be honest

25. What is your current addiction? (example: lipsticks, eyeshadows, earrings..)

I don't really think I have an addiction related to beauty to be honest!
