Anyway, Paris was probably (dare I say it?) my favourite week (sorry London) in terms of how many shows I just fell in love with. I would do "reviews" on my favourite shows like I did with London, but I didn't really feel as connected (probably not the right word) as I did with LFW in terms of watching the shows live etc. I mainly just looked at the pics/ watch them back when I got a chance.
But anyway, enough rambling, here are my favourite collections:
Just to warn this is very photo-heavy! - Also they're small so I could put them on so just click to enlarge :)
I hope this means monochrome will stay? I love the simply cuts, especially on the top right picture. It's different yet simple at the same time.
Possibly one of my faves, again love the simplistic cuts and oversized feel.
I can't do a post about PFW and not include Chanel right? So gorgeous! I loved the whole show too, the idea of the globe was so good! Love the classic tweeds. I can see skirts becoming very in.
I've never really been into Karl's personal collections but I loved this one. Very ready to wear with an adrodgynous feel.
Maison Rabih Kayrouz
Very elegant, again simple cuts and designs. I think I just love the simplicity and the bold colours through the show.
Okay sorry that there's so much but Valentino was soooo nice, I loved it all! I couldn't pick just a few so here all all my favourites! Again some quite simple, but love the florals and patterns too! I love the slight lace mixed in too it's all just so nice!
I only really heard of Elie Saab after seeing his SS13 couture collection and I fell in love. I loved the ready to wear just as much, the 3 dresses are gorgeous! I love the blues too!
Who/ what collections were your favourites?
